Sean manages the practice acquisition program for Mountain Dental, working primarily with practice owners considering their liquidity, transition, and retirement alternatives. He has worked with Mountain Dental since 2001, and his background includes extensive experience in private equity, leveraged finance, and corporate restructuring with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
He is a graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he received a BA in Economics. Sean and his family live in the Minneapolis area, where he enjoys volleyball and cycling.

Dave manages our transition program in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. He is a former owner of several dental practices in the Midwest with experience on both sides of the transition table. Dave has recently worked as the Clinical Director of Operations for one of the largest group dental practices in the nation. He has additional experience as an expert in dental technologies and practice management with several Fortune 500 companies.
He has a DDS degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, a BS in Biology from Graceland University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Dave and his family are life-long residents of the Kansas City area, where he enjoys college baseball and fantasy football.

Justin manages our Practice Transition program in Illinois and adjacent markets, working directly with practice owners and their advisors. He has a strong dental background which includes development efforts of a successful Illinois-based group dental practice as well as regional markets for Johnson & Johnson Oral Health (Orapharma).
Raised in downstate Illinois, Justin is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, where he received a BA in Marketing. He and his wife live in the Chicago area, where he enjoys golf, basketball, and following his SIU Salukis!
