Karen Flug
Chief Operating Officer

Karen Flug is responsible for the direction of all company business operations as well as the Integrations, Training, and Marketing teams. She has been with Mountain Dental since 2004. Karen began her career in the Finance and Accounting Department as the company’s Controller, and has also held the position of Vice President of Operations.

Prior to joining Mountain Dental, Karen was CFO at an interactive technology company. She has also held various accounting management positions with Fortune 500 companies. Karen obtained her BA in Accounting as well as her MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She resides in Menomonie, Wisconsin, with her husband and two daughters. Karen and her family enjoy fishing, golfing, and spending time together at their cabin in northern Wisconsin.
