Dr. Jeffrey Moos
Chief Executive Officer

CEO since 2005, Dr. Jeff Moos is a licensed dentist and also acts as the company’s Chief Dental Officer (CDO), who directs and guides Clinical Team oversight of the care and services provided to Mountain Dental patients.

Dr. Moos received both his undergraduate degree and DDS from Marquette University. His career with Mountain Dental began immediately upon his graduation from dental school in 1983 and has evolved from staff dentist in the company’s home office of Mondovi, Wisconsin, to a number of different roles including Lead Dentist, Dental Director, Regional Dental Director and President of the company.

Dr. Moos has led the growth of Mountain Dental and believes the company’s strengths lie in the quality of its people. He is intimately involved in the selection of all dentists considered for positions in Mountain Dental offices. Additionally, his commitment to doctor mentoring encourages professional growth of all dentists and he was recognized in 2009 by the Wisconsin Dental Association as the recipient of the Outstanding Leadership in Mentoring award. Dr. Moos leads the importance given to the culture and philosophy of Mountain Dental where the patient care experience, the community connection, the respect for both clinical and management expertise, and the values of the company drive its success.

Dr. Moos is a Wisconsin native and resides in Mondovi, a small rural town in western Wisconsin. He is married with two sons, and is an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
